We own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 295,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers. We facilitate the transfer of electricity between Victoria and Tasmania via Basslink, the sub-sea electricity interconnector. We also provide telecommunications and technology services.

About you
Being equipped with tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications, you'll possess the foundational knowledge to adeptly navigate the intricacies inherent in this role.
Although not obligatory, participation in training related to IAP2 Engagement, Project Management, Change Management, and/or Design Thinking stands to greatly amplify your capacity for innovative contributions.
With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a strategic customer experience role similar to this position, you showcase the ability to navigate complexities and anticipate forthcoming opportunities.
Demonstrating proficiency in establishing robust and influential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders underscores your talent for fostering collaboration and magnifying our influence.
Leveraging your experience in utilising data to prompt informed actions underscores your analytical skills and your capability to guide decisions grounded in evidence.
While not obligatory, a familiarity with the electricity industry notably enhances your effectiveness in shaping strategies that elevate customer experience.
