About you

• You hold a tertiary qualification in Human Recourses or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
• Partnering experience in a complex and dynamic environment, across multi-site will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies and procedures
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operational execution
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges
• Previous experience in leading organisational change initiatives will be highly regarded
• Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience providing data, information and identifying and responding to new and emerging issues which may impact on workforce effectiveness.
