We own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 295,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers. We facilitate the transfer of electricity between Victoria and Tasmania via Basslink, the sub-sea electricity interconnector. We also provide telecommunications and technology services.

About you
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Human Recourses or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Partnering experience in a complex and dynamic environment, across multi-site will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies and procedures
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operational execution
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges
- Previous experience in leading organisational change initiatives will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience providing data, information and identifying and responding to new and emerging issues which may impact on workforce effectiveness.
