We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 295,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers. We facilitate the transfer of electricity between Victoria and Tasmania via Basslink, the sub-sea electricity interconnector. We also provide telecommunications and technology services.

About the role

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, the role of Organisational Development Specialist at TasNetworks will support an exciting program of works across the business, developing culture and capability to provide a safe and inclusive work environment for our people.

The Specialist plays a key role in contributing to learning and development and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through experience, analysis and research, whilst supporting the design and delivery of such initiatives.

The role is also valued for providing professional development advice to various internal teams and individuals, building effective working relationships and influencing culture change.

About you

Our preferred candidate will offer a degree qualification in a relevant field, coupled with demonstrated working experience in organisational development (ideally within implementation of strategic initiatives, including DEI initiatives).

Your ability to communicate, collaborate and build and maintain partnerships across the business, with a focus on achieving results and driving initiatives will see you succeed in this role.

You will offer exceptional time management skills, with a focus on achieving results and working together as a team.
