The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Insights,
the Senior Digital Marketing Lead will drive the organisation’s digital
marketing stream, defining and delivering the strategies and taking
accountability for planning and execution of all digital communications across
various channels.
You will have the opportunity to provide specialist digital
marketing advice, upskilling internal teams in digital capability as well as overseeing
the coordination of TasWater’s paid search and organic search optimisation. You
will have responsibility for the overall content strategy, including calendar
planning for socials and developing different content for different channels, as
well as all paid digital advertising activity. Additionally, you will manage
the strategic use of analytics and work closely with the Customer Experience
team, looking at the digital experience and how you can make it more seamless, integrated
and easier for the organisation to connect with the customer on a number of
levels.
To be successful for this role you will have a
background in digital marketing, and be experienced in program management and
delivering campaigns from start to finish. You will also have experience
working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent).
You are comfortable with aligning campaigns and content to brand strategy and are excited about the opportunity to help TasWater become known for consistent, purposeful and relevant brand work. Your excellent communication and engagement skills will allow you to collaborate with your peers to build high-impact and integrated strategies, and you feel incredibly comfortable taking the lead on delivery. Qualified in digital marketing/communications (or similar) you will be comfortable tracking and monitoring outcomes and presenting to senior leadership on the challenges and successes of your campaigns and the impacts on the business.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in growing audience reach and engagement for TasWater. This role can be based at either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport.
