A great working culture
We aspire to a culture that is humanistic and encouraging. We care about each other and work together to achieve our goals and deliver on our customer promises. We are all here to deliver exceptional water and sewerage services for a thriving Tasmania.

The safety and well-being of our teams, community and environment is also at the heart of everything we do. We want a workplace where people feel empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work.

Flexibility
Flexibility is more than just work/life balance. We encourage our team members to think about what works for them, their team and their customers, and explore ways of working that supports them to do the things that matter to them. This could look like hybrid work arrangements, flexible start and finish times, part time hours, RDO arrangements or purchased leave.

Health and Wellbeing
We want to support you to be your best, and that includes being the healthiest version of yourself. You will have access to free annual flu vaccinations, plus discounted health insurance offers through our corporate partners (St Luke's, BUPA and Medibank).

Employee Assistance Program and Contact Officers
We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. We recognise that from time to time, you may need additional support if you are experiencing personal or work-related problems. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free, confidential counselling services for all employees and their immediate family members.

Reward and Recognition
We recognise and reward employees and teams who go above and beyond and demonstrate exceptional commitment to our values and behaviours. Nominations are peer-to-peer, meaning that anyone in the organisation can nominate another person for an award. We also recognise and celebrate service milestones.
