We're proud of our family-friendly benefits. Employees have access to 18 weeks of paid parental leave regardless of gender or whether they are the primary or secondary carer. We also provide 38 hours of paid pre-parental leave to support appointments related to pregnancy, IVF, surrogacy and adoption.

Through our Enterprise Agreement, employees also benefit from annual pay and performance reviews, providing regular opportunities for growth, development and recognition.
