The Opportunity

Lead, by example and put your people management skills to work as you ensure daily activities are completed to a high level, with workplace health and safety, quality and compliance at the centre.

This permanent full-time position is based in Moonah and attracts a 9-day fortnight, with flexible start and finish times between

6am and 6pm.
This position attracts a total remuneration package starting ranging from $99k – 110k, with overtime and on call allowances available.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and coordinator the workflows to maintain and repair our water and sewerage infrastructure and assets in a way that meets organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate schedules and rosters to ensure planned and unplanned operational activities are achieved and work is performed safely, effectively and efficiently.
• Lead, coach and advise employees by fostering a positive and safe working environment that improves team culture and ensures employees uphold our vision, values and behaviours.
