The Opportunity
You will oversee the day-to-day administrative management and maintenance of our contract management platforms and lead the engagement with our current and prospective suppliers to introduce our pre-qualification system. This role presents a wonderful opportunity to move into a service industry and be part of delivering services that improve our environment and the lives of our communities.
This is permanent position that can be performed on a full time or part time basis. You can choose to be based from our Hobart, Launceston or Devonport offices, and flexible start and finish times and hybrid work arrangements are available. The positions attract a total remuneration package of $93 - 103K per annum (including superannuation).
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the day-to-day administration, compliance and governance of contract data.
- Develop and deliver work instructions, training tools and workshops for contractors and the contract system.
- Provide advice and support to contract owners and safety specialists on matters relating to contractor health and safety standards and requirements.
- Oversee the administration of the pre-qualification platform processes.
- Conduct contractor validation audits, based on contractor activity, risk, and health and safety compliance.
- Undertake a risk assessment of supplier pre-qualification to inform appropriate risk management plan, insurance, and quality safety protocols.
