This Opportunity
As a People Advisor at TasWater, you’ll be at the heart of our People, Culture, and Safety initiatives. You’ll empower our people leaders and employees with expert guidance, driving meaningful change across the business. Your role is pivotal in shaping and embedding our People Partnering model, ensuring a seamless transition that supports our strategic goals.

In this position you will help us Deliver on Commitments by:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders through professional HR advice, coaching and customer centric ethos.
- Provide accurate HR policy and procedural advice to people leaders and employees to contribute to the effective provision of people advisory services to the business.
- Participate in investigations and contribute to the resolution of employee relations issues through providing advice to both employees and people leaders utilising informal dispute resolution where appropriate.
- Coordinate people partnering administration and provide advisory and administrative support in the delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Collation and reporting of information to inform trend, insights people partnering service delivery.
- Maintain and update people service systems where required.

The Details
This is a fixed term opportunity, available for 12 months.
This position offers full time hours and can consider part time hours, with locations available in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport.
This position also has opportunities to work from home or from our operational sites and supports flexibility in working hours so you can do the things that matter to you.
The position attracts a total remuneration package of $87,000 – 96,000 per annum (including superannuation).
