The Role
As a Health & Safety Business Partner within People, Culture and Safety you will drive transformational change in health and safety.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing specialist expertise in the areas of industrial and operational risk management, cultural and behavioural change practices and injury and illness prevention.
- Contribute to planning tools and deliver on planned work for business areas.
- Analyse and utilise data and information to better inform risk management decision making.
- Monitor planned interactions with business groups, particularly around risk assessment, risk solution and group specific H&S projects.

What we're looking for
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Business Partner who is passionate about creating safe, compliant, and high-performing work environments. This role requires someone who can partner with stakeholders, manage risk effectively, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices across diverse operational settings.
- Significant experience in high-risk environments (utilities, mining, construction, energy, logistics or similar) to identify, manage, and mitigate H&S risks.
- Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to analyse data and develop effective H&S solutions.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply H&S legislation, policies, and standards in workplace settings.
- Experience managing projects and contributing to H&S systems, including coaching operational teams.
- Well-developed relationship management skills to build credible networks that improve H&S outcomes.
- Current C Class driver’s licence.

The Details
This role will be based in Rocherlea and attracts a salary of $110,708.10 - $116,858.57 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
