What we’re looking for:
- Are keen to try a new industry and eager to undertake training.
- Possess a hands-on practical approach, a commitment to quality work, and attention to detail.
- Bring quality customer service and a friendly attitude.
- Demonstrate good digital literacy, which is essential for operating our equipment and daily task completion.
- Can adhere to company procedures and regulations, especially those related to personal and community health and safety; and,
- Meet the physical requirements for the role, which include lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
- Participate in structured on-call, occasional overtime and emergency call-out situations (all with additional pay).

The role:
- We are looking for 1 permanent full-time role that offer a 9-day fortnight and a total remuneration package ranging from $82,680.88 to $87,247.25
- The successful candidate may be required to work at all locations on the West Coast including Queenstown Rosebery Strahan and Tullah. On call, call out and additional team specific allowances are available.
- You’ll need to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, as well as be prepared to have hepatitis injections to work in the sewer networks and plants, before you can start.
- You’ll need to commit to participating in on-call and planned overtime rosters, responding to emergency call-out situations.
- You’ll receive structured training in water operations and treatment through our training partners, along with ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced team members
