WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead. Build. Grow
Set the direction - Develop and execute a multi-year international growth strategy aligned to TGE's enterpriseobjectives.
Own the numbers - Deliver international revenue, EBITDA, and growth targets. Accountable for the full P&L.
Build the platform - Consolidateand optimise existing Australia and China operations. Create a scalable model for long-term expansion.
Grow the market - Identifyand execute new market and trade lane opportunities. Win new customers and grow share of wallet with existing ones.
Lead the team - Build a high-performing, accountable culture. Bring people with you through complexity and change.
Operate with integrity - Maintain safe, compliant, and customer-focused operationsat all times.
