About the Role
Team Global Express is currently seeking a Transport Administrator/Freight Coordinator to commence immediately at our Larapinta Depot on Brisbane’s South Side. This is a Full Time Permanent Position that provides you with the opportunity to join our Freight Investigations Team to provide a timely and quality service experience to our customers and clients regarding freight queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
This is a Permanent Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week (7.30am Starts)
Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
Be willing to dedicate your time to diagnosing freight issues in real time by inspecting and investigating freight throughout the Depot and speaking with numerous staff members on the floor
Dedicate appropriate amounts of time daily towards office administration as well as inspecting and investigating customer freight queries on the floor and throughout the Depot
Have a pro-active and strategic mindset to Customer Service by utilising multiple avenues towards problem solving which include liaising with staff, using technology and systems and conducting your own freight inspections to ascertain appropriate solutions
Be proactive in repacking any freight according to customer requirements
Following up on processing Repacks, Damaged and Unidentified Freight
You must have a customer mindset to drive optimum customer service solutions
Be able to read customer situations accurately and anticipate their needs
Foster a team spirit mentality and be able to coorperate between your team and other parts of the business
This role will involve manual handling. You must be able to complete a Pre Employment Medical in line with role requirements and Work Health & Safety
SalesForce Experience is preferred but not essential for this role
You must also have strong organisational skills and excellent time management skills
