About the role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the Bulk Operations Support position reporting into the Bulk Quality Manager at the Hazelmere depot. The primary responsibility is to ensure quality pallet and cage control procedures are compliance and cost efficient. In addition, the role will support the depot through handling administrative tasks, invoice processes and compliance activities.
Benefits:
Full Time Permanent position, 7:30am start Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday shifts
Overtime available occasionally on Saturdays
High priority to safety and keeping our team members safe
All PPE and uniforms are provided
Some Key Responsibilities:
Pallet Documentation: Ensure accurate pallet documentation for drivers each morning.
Efficiency Management: Manage pallet and cage control operations to optimize depot efficiency.
Record Keeping: Batch and maintain records of pallet documentation.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the pallet team, drivers and customers to handle requested documentation
General Administrative tasks: Handle depot invoices and reports.

Servicing the needs of key customers both internal / external.
Pro-active approach.
Communication skills.
People skills.
2IC knowledge (preferred)
Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.
Industry knowledge with some experience with pallet procedures is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow document work processes and instructions.
Ability to work systematically to meet daily deadlines.
Work in partnership with other departments and across Team Global Express; and
Maintain standards and disciplines of Team Global Express.
Ability to pass pre-checks (medical/background/D&A)
