You'll also provide critical support during periods of leave, review and audit risk assessments and safety work instructions, and help ensure all operational activities are executed safely and efficiently in line with company and customer standards. Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver and schedule compliance-related training programs, both internal and external.
Monitor training records/matrix and ensure records are accurately maintained.
Manage licensing renewals for the depot and update Trac licenses for drivers.
Perform risk assessments and develop/update SWI’s.
Maintain site DG register, HSE planner, and site risk register.
Support site self-audits and broader business compliance obligations.
Ensure compliance with mass management, including mass verification and responsibilities forms.
Ensure quarterly compliance statements for mass and fatigue are completed.
Provide compliance updates during Ops/Management meetings.
Maintain site inspection and testing schedules, including calibration, food safety, housekeeping, and facilities maintenance.
Ensure site maintains Primary Connect – Quality & Excellence Standard accreditation.
Maintain and review site-specific procedures and forms for accuracy.
Oversee subcontractor and supplier compliance, including annual reviews and maintaining certificates of currencies and licenses.
Assist in external audits and certifications (ISO9001, Primary Connect, HACCP).
Manage site inductions and liaise with pest control suppliers.
Participate in BCP tests and toolboxes, communicating compliance issues.
Review TRACS incidents involving quality issues and assist in investigations.
Plan, coordinate, and provide direction regarding day-to-day operations, ensuring SOPs are followed.
Ensure all activities are performed safely and efficiently, meeting customer and company requirements.
