As ourSenior Manager – Performance & Execution, you’ll lead the design and delivery of our sales performance strategy, incentive programs, and operational cadences. You’ll be the driving force behind customer growth, retention, and acquisition—ensuring our sales teams are empowered to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Design and govern sales performance, territory planning, and incentive strategies
Align sales targets and incentives with business goals
Lead execution of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
Drive strategic sales cadences and initiatives across customer segments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and People teams
Deliver actionable insights through data-driven planning and reporting
Act as a key link between sales execution and corporate strategy
