This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand-new commercial leadership role and shape how TGE`s national Delivery Partner network is governed, priced and scaled.
Reporting directly to EGM Delivery Partners, Nicole Moffatt, the Commercial Manager – Delivery Partners will own the commercial performance, pricing integrity and cost-to-serve discipline of a critical operational ecosystem. With no legacy team or established delivery partner commercial function in place, this role offers genuine greenfield impact setting the frameworks, standards and commercial rhythm from day one.

What you’ll be responsible for
Owning delivery partner pricing frameworks, rate cards and cost recovery models
Protecting margin and eliminating commercial leakage across the partner network
Setting clear commercial baselines by region, service and commodity
Driving fact-based pricing grounded in operational cost drivers and market conditions
Partnering closely with Operations, Finance and Procurement to align commercial outcomes
Providing clear commercial insight, governance and decision support at executive level
Who this role will suit
This role is ideal for a senior Commercial Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure where none exists, and is confident influencing at executive level. You’ll be commercially sharp, analytically strong and comfortable operating independently while shaping a function that will grow over time.
Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, large-scale operations or partner-led models will be highly regarded, but mindset and capability matter most.
