Team Global Express are seeking an organised and detail-driven Equipment Administration Officer – Governance to support the integrity and governance of our national fleet operations.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring fleet administration data, processes, and standards are accurate, compliant, and consistently applied across the business.

What you’ll do

Maintain and govern fleet administration data across TGE nationally, including registrations, transfers, disposals, infringements and meter readings
Ensure master data integrity across fleet systems
Support the development and continuous improvement of fleet administration processes
Work collaboratively with fleet, governance and broader business teams to deliver accurate, timely outcomes
