About the role
The Integrity Education and Support Officer is a newly created role designed to help deliver a proactive approach to ensuring the sport of tennis in Victoria, at all levels and in all environments, remains a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.
This role will play an integral part in developing and implementing education tactics, both internally and externally, and support the management of the complaints process within Tennis Victoria, firmly upholding Tennis’ values and adhering to Tennis Australia’s National Policies.
Reporting to the Head of Governance, Integrity and Risk and working in collaboration with Tennis Australia’s Integrity and Compliance Unit in this role you will:
Establish and maintainaccurate and confidential complaints and incident record-keeping
Respond to email and phone queries, including acting as a first point of contact for hearing concerns
Assist with gathering evidence and witness statements
Supportthe administrative management of Tennis Victoria’s Code of Behaviour Complaints Panel, including communication of outcomes to relevant parties
Assist stakeholders and team members in navigating Tennis Australia’s National Policies
Develop and deliver educational sessions/workshops to key stakeholders to educate them on role model behaviours and best practices to mitigaterisks
Help development and delivery of safeguarding materials, including Tennis Victoria’s bi-monthly newsletter, and other workshop materials
# This role is part-time, 3 days per week.
