THE ROLE
Working from our Melbourne Office in the World Trade Centre on Wurundjeri land, your role purpose will be to attract, source, and enable assessment and selection of excellent talent. The talent who are mission aligned, who want to build the future we can all trust and secure our nation.
Partner closely with hiring managers accurately brief the role and determine best route/s to market, set up expectations on hiring timelines and execute a 360 process.
Develop key talent pools inside Phenom and nurture with relevant content for future role opportunities.
Partner with our HR team to ensure alignment on hiring approvals, new starters and inform them of market movement and key intel.
Work with the Operations Director on forecast, YTD KPI data, pending requirements, and contribute to bid work where required.
Collaborate with the wider TA team to learn tools and systems, to share experience, knowledge and insight into your business area.
