Your Role

As the Client Executive based in our Canberra office you will take ownership of growing our Government labour hire portfolio, helping agencies access highly sought-after cyber security talent across project delivery, capability uplift and mission-critical initiatives.

Leveraging your network across Government and the contractor ecosystem, you will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships and drive workforce solutions engagements that deliver value to government customers. This is a true builder role to shape the market, develop strategic partnerships and help evolve our workforce offering from traditional labour hire engagements into broader capability and managed services outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and convert opportunities for cyber contractor engagements

  • Develop partnerships with specialist recruitment providers and talent networks to support delivery outcomes

  • Leverage Government panel arrangements and procurement pathways to drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate with internal cyber security, delivery and sales teams to create innovative workforce and capability solutions

  • Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver against growth targets

  • Support the evolution of customer engagements from contractor-based services to broader capability and managed service partnerships.

Your Experience

  • Demonstrated success developing business within the Government cyber security or workforce solutions market

  • Strong and current relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams, recruitment providers and contractor networks

  • Experience selling or delivering labour hire, workforce solutions, recruitment services or contractor-based engagements

  • Knowledge of the cyber security landscape, including roles such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Cyber Security Consultants, GRC Specialists, Engineers and Architects

  • A proven ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and convert new business

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across multiple levels

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond labour hire and develop long-term customer partnerships

  • A highly driven, resilient and commercially focused approach to business development.

This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised cyber security business at a pivotal stage of growth. With access to leading cyber capabilities, strategic customer relationships and a growing market opportunity, you'll play a key role in delivering critical outcomes for some of Australia's most important government agencies.

If you are well connected within the Government contractor market and excited by the opportunity to build something significant, we'd love to hear from you.
