YOUR ROLE
As Senior Bid Manager, you’ll lead high-impact bids end-to-end, partnering across Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery to shape compelling, commercially sound solutions that convert into long-term customer success.
You’ll:
Lead bids from qualification through to award and handover
Set bid strategy, governance, timelines and resourcing
Align and coach cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals
Manage commercial, financial and risk positions across each opportunity
Ensure smooth transition from bid to delivery
Uplift bid capability and continuously improve processes and best practice
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Strong experience leading complex bids (IT/cyber/services preferred)
Commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking
Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset
Eligibility for Australian security clearance
