OUR TEAM
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.
YOUR ROLE
Technical Assistant (Level 9)
Perform chemical and instrumental analyses using standard procedures to deliver accurate results
Implement Quality Control techniques
Responsible for the safe working practices within the work area
Calibrate, maintain, and manage laboratory equipment and facilities to meet NATA standards.
Develop and draft clear operating instructions and methods for laboratory procedures.
Other related duties as assigned
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Minimum year 12 in Chemistry or equivalent highly desirable
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and E-mail
Ability to work in a team environment
