Harvest Buffet is a feast for the senses! On weekends seafood becomes the star of the show, with the freshest sushi, oysters, prawns, crabs and mussels complementing roasts from the carvery, pizza, pasta, curries, soups and salads. Of course, you could go straight for the decadent dessert bar which includes three chocolate fountains. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 500 seats and 30 front-line team members.

- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced high volume restaurant
- Fantastic team-building management style and strong ability to create relationships with guests and kitchen staff
- Unlimited Australian working rights with no restrictions to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Fast, proactive and engaging with a positive can-do attitude.
What will my day look like as an Assistant Manager?
- Support in the day-to-day running of the restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent guest experiences are delivered from arrival to departure
- Manage line staff, ensuring required performance and restaurant standards are met
- Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
