The Star Sydney is hiring at Sovereign! We are looking for a guest focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join this VIP team! As a leader you will be working closely with management and all team members to deliver the daily operations of Sovereign.
Sovereign Room provides an exclusive and unique space for our VIP Members, with uninterrupted views of the iconic Sydney harbour, a sophisticated sunken bar and a fine dining restaurant offering Asian and Western cuisines.
You will also be responsible for creating truly memorable experiences for VIP Members and oversee and assist Food & Beverage Attendants through coaching and training ensuring all business requirements with particular attention.

We are specifically looking for people who have:
- Supervisory experience within a similar large busy environment, with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
- Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expenses
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Highly organised and eager, with high attention to detail
- Current NSW RSA
- Flexible availability for work over a 7-day roster
