We are looking for a well organised and pro-active Talent Acquisition Compliance Administrator to join our talented team at The Star Entertainment Group. This essential role can be based at our NSW or QLD properties and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the recruitment and hiring process across The Star Entertainment Group. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, complete candidate compliance checks, conduct audits to ensure compliance, and provide training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or compliance-related role
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS or recruitment systems
