End User Computing System Engineer
The Star Entertainment is hiring for a Systems Engineer expert in End User Technology to govern the daily end user infrastructure for the business.
This role focuses on both production and non-production environments to actively drive incident resolution and system restoration, practice asset management and maintenance of component inventory. By administering the end-to-end process, you will deliver quality reporting, fixes and optimal end-user experience for The Star.
A Permanent, full-time role based in Sydney with attractive flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem rectification, including system changes to prevent incident recurrence.
- Closely work within Cloud through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to provide administration support, application packaging solutions and SOE development.
- Provide system maintenance and regular useability reporting for Microsoft Intune (iOS and Android) and Windows 10/11. This includes managing Windows Patching, Autopilot, mobile device management and Windows and macOS Enrolment.
- Support architectural improvements and standardisation for the entire end user infrastructure environments (i.e., SOE and deployment).
- Availability to be on-call for priority incident escalation and partner with related IT support teams for issue resolution.

We are looking for:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) and experience with End User Cloud solutions
- Azure AD and Microsoft Intune (i.e., Autopilot in Windows 10/11, iOS and Android management)
- Windows 10/11 Management and Support and related Windows Server platforms
- Exposure to Active Directory management – Group Policy, WDS, IIS and/or WSUS
