Field Services Engineer
We are looking for an experienced IT team member to join the team as one of our Field Services Engineer. In this role, you will be supporting the Star Entertainment business through the detailed execution of specialty IT Field Service Engineer tasks.
- 1x Permanent full-time in Sydney
- 1x 12-month full-time contract in Brisbane
Please be aware that eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:
- Provide timely and efficient IT service resolution for supported equipment as required
- Ensure strict alignment to critical issue procedures and strong engagement with other key partners
- Deployment of New and Replacement IT Equipment
- Configuration and Re-imaging of I.T equipment when required
- Ensure that desktop performance and reliability is maintained within agreed service levels

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in IT Service support – with a working technical knowledge of networks, PCs / peripherals and platform Operating Systems and associated hardware
- Tertiary degree in IT / MCSE / MCSA or CCNA certification advantageous
- Experience within a customer service organisation
- Certifications / Methodology with ITIL Foundations is desirable
