Tilt Renewables is looking for a Change Lead to join our Acceleration Hub to oversee the execution of key change projects. This role will be key to advancing our corporate technology, processes, and people projects, contributing to our ambitious goal of 7GW by 2030.

As the Change Lead, you will be at the heart of our transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, you will support a dedicated team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex programs of change. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering sustainable implementation across all aspects of Tilt Renewables' development, delivery, and operations.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead Change Management Activities: Develop and implement strategies to support the adoption of changes.
  • Support Communication Efforts: Design and manage key communications related to change initiatives.
  • Assess Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support Training Programs: Provide input and support the design and delivery of training.
  • Coach Senior Leaders: Guide executives in their roles as change management sponsors.
  • Assist People Managers: Help teams transition smoothly and ensure alignment.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Project Advocacy: Promote the benefits of our transformation projects to stakeholders and influence decision-makers.

This role requires someone who has:

  • Minimum of 7 years in change management, project management, or related roles.
  • Proven success in navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with Australia’s renewable energy policies.
  • Experience in leading change within large organisations.
  • Expertise in change management and project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence decision-makers.
  • Adaptability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to various asset/site locations (20%)

Qualifications:

  • PROSCI or equivalent certification.
  • Tertiary qualified with a business or organisational change degree is advantageous.
