What you'll contribute
Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is on the lookout for an experienced and commercially driven Dealer Account Manager to be the primary link between TFA and our dealership network across Victoria.
In this high‑impact role, you'll build strong, trusted relationships with your dealer portfolio-helping them maximise sales opportunities across our finance and insurance products. Acting as a true partner, you'll support dealers with insights, coaching and tailored solutions, all while driving portfolio growth through fair, transparent and customer‑focused practices.
This role is based at Altona North and is a permanent full time role.
How you'll make an impact
- Be the trusted first point of contact for all dealership enquiries, delivering timely and effective support
- Build and nurture strong relationships with dealership leaders, influencing outcomes at every level
- Take ownership of network accreditation, ensuring standards are met and continuously improved across your territory
- Play a key role in onboarding and enabling new Business Managers, setting them up for success from day one
- Drive capability uplift by coaching and guiding dealership teams, identifying opportunities to strengthen performance
- Contribute to regional growth and commercial success, supporting delivery against budgets and targets
- Bring the regional strategy to life by aligning activity to the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
- Partner closely with your dealer network to drive performance, deliver results, and achieve key KPIs
Your attributes
- A proven track record of success in a sales‑driven environment
- Strong understanding of the motor vehicle and automotive finance industry
- A disciplined and structured approach to territory planning, call scheduling and activity tracking
- Demonstrated experience in territory or account management (highly desirable)
- Confidence engaging stakeholders and influencing outcomes through partnership and insight
