What you'll contribute
We're looking for an experienced and driven Accreditation & Sales Compliance Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in strengthening our compliance framework and leading a high-performing team.

About the role
In this role, you will oversee key compliance and regulatory activities, ensuring adherence to ASIC requirements and internal policies, while continuously improving the effectiveness of our accreditation framework.
You'll also lead and develop a team of Accreditation Officers, helping to build capability and drive high standards across the function.
This position is a 12-month Fixed term contract.
How you'll make an impact
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure all required ASIC notifications are completed accurately and on time
- Regularly review and test accreditation frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance
- Manage and resolve Business Manager misconduct cases, including investigations, issuing warnings, and maintaining disciplinary records
- Maintain the Banned Persons Register
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Partner with Sales and Compliance teams to manage misconduct matters and improve outcomes
- Represent the Accreditation function at Compliance meetings and other key forums
- Provide subject matter expertise across working groups and compliance initiatives
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Accreditation Officers
- Conduct regular check-ins and bi-annual performance reviews
- Support professional development, ensuring each team member completes ongoing training
- Build a strong talent pipeline and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
Additional Support
- Support broader compliance and accreditation initiatives as directed by senior leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Sales & Product Compliance function
Your attributes
You're a confident and capable leader who brings -
- Strong experience in compliance, risk, or accreditation environments
- Sound knowledge of regulatory obligations (ASIC experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to manage complex issues, including misconduct cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for leading and developing people
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
