A 12-month contract opportunity has opened to support the team.

As the Senior Solutions Architect you will be responsible for developing Solution Architectures for projects and programs whilst ensuring architectural compliance with enterprise strategic goals.

The role will involve close liaison with the other Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with standards and practices as a primary concern for the design and development of solutions.

How you'll make an impact

• Promoting the value of S&A services to business units and other IT teams to facilitate collaboration with the TFA Solution Architecture function, especially when delivering program level change and transformation
• Development of the Solution Architecture practice, and its operating and governance processes
• Support quality control for Solution Architects, ensuring downstream architectures are well defined in-line with the S&A standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to align strategies with business needs
• Provide program-level architectural monitoring, guidance and project assurance
• Assist in ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met and set the overall vision, related frameworks and methodologies

Your attributes

• Experience in Finance, Wealth Management or Insurance industries
• Deep knowledge in Solution Architecture frameworks and processes
• Exceptional technical design acumen
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Extensive experience in medium to large enterprise environments including the creation of business level architectures
• Able to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels both internal and external.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong commercial / business acumen with experience of leading and driving business and technology change.
• Excellent communication (including presentation) skills
• Knowledge of relevant financial industry regulations, standards and directions.

This is a contract role. The successful contractor will be engaged as an employee by Hays and contracted to TFA.
