What you'll contribute to
As a Dealer Account Manager, you will represent Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) as the primary conduit between TFA and our supporting Dealers. You will build and maintain professional relationships that enable our Dealers to maximise all sales opportunities in Finance and Insurance in a fair, open, and honest manner to grow the TFA portfolio and revenue to Dealers.

What you'll contribute to
As a Dealer Account Manager, you will represent Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) as the primary conduit between TFA and our supporting Dealers. You will build and maintain professional relationships that enable our Dealers to maximise all sales opportunities in Finance and Insurance in a fair, open, and honest manner to grow the TFA portfolio and revenue to Dealers.
How you'll make an impact
- Responsible for the Account Management of defined dealers within your designated territory and achievement of associated KPI’s
- Develop and build relationships with dealerships, providing a partner-to-partner value, adding service to our dealer network
- Contribute to the Finance, Insurance & Retention growth, and achievement of budgets within the region
- Create and adhere to appropriate and efficient call plans and call patterns to ensure all allocated dealerships receive appropriate frequency of calls and visits
- Address any issues which may be impacting on our performance, progressing issues, and engaging with appropriate areas for assistance
- Manage Business Manager conformity to the TFA accreditation framework
- Review current Sales, Finance, Insurance & Retention processes, and staff competency within dealerships & provide guidance to dealers on improvements through coaching & training.
- One Toyota relationship ensuring alignment in overall Franchise of the Future and maintain working relationships with TMCA/ Lexus/Hino regional field staff.
- Assist the Dealer Credit Manager where appropriate in the completion of the annual Dealer & SME Credit reviews and wholesale funding applications.
- Minimise the risk of dealer losses by assisting the Dealer Credit Manager with stock control support and with the provision of feedback re dealership performance
- Auto-finance experience
- Demonstrated history of achievement within a Sales environment
- Territory/Account Management
- Lending/Credit Skills are desirable
- Proactive attitude and adaptable to change
