What you'll contribute to

As a Registrations and Infringements Representative, you will administer registration and fines management services and the processing of associated transactions through continuous improvement.

You will work to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities enabling efficient, quality & accurate bulk processing of products and services.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract. We are open to candidates located in both Sydney and Melbourne for this role.

How you'll make an impact

You will work collaboratively with our Fleet Sales teams, managing the service delivery and administration of fleet management products and services.

• Manage the service delivery of fleet management services for registration renewal & fines management for suppliers and customers
• Develop relationships with our Fleet Sales teams and our customers and suppliers
• Generation of reports, analysing entry level data in excel

Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!

• Fleet Management or automotive finance experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with a high attention to detail
• Knowledge of running reports in excel and being able to analyse entry level data
