What you'll contribute to
As a People Performance Manager within our Collections team, you will be responsible and accountable for the People and Performance aspect of a team of operational staff.
You will manage workflows and resources to drive productivity and results in a dynamic and high output Centre. You will strive to achieve an employee-oriented team culture which emphasizes high performance, quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and individual employee development.
How you'll make an impact
- People and Performance
- Provide oversight and direction to employees in the team in accordance with the TFA policies and procedures
- Create meaningful engagement with senior Operations leadership to create a change culture.
- Promote change management initiatives and become a change advocate across the Operations Centre
- Coach, mentor, motivate and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development, planning and opportunities
- Operational
- Accountable for managing the performance levels of a designated collections team including the operations roles managing issue to agent, repossessions and insurance functions
- Management reporting completed as required and business plan for Collections teams developed and communicated to Collections Leadership team consistently
- Leading and displaying adherence to policies, procedures & processes
- Minimum 2 years of People Leadership experience within a contact centre environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey decisions and requests in a clear and unambiguous manner
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong and passionate team player and leader, we love what we do, and we take the outcomes of our team, department and the customer seriously
