What you'll contribute to
This role requires a strong and inspiring leader who can set clear objectives, align the team to shared goals, delivering the highest levels of customer relationship management, and drive execution that delivers commercial success.
You’ll play a pivotal role in maximising business opportunities across fleet and corporate sales, leveraging existing relationships and developing new channels to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to win new business and deliver sustainable growth at strong margins.

- Drive growth across fleet and corporate sales, optimising resources and identifying new opportunities to expand market share
- Champion daily management and breakthrough initiatives to evolve our approach, anticipate future customer and business needs, and position the team for continued success
- Create a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) where innovation, critical thinking, and customer-centricity thrive
- Build strong and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including existing customers, dealers and the wider One Toyota network
- Shape challenging yet achievable team goals, providing clarity, motivation, and recognition to enable peak performance
- Lead strategic decisions that balance commercial ambition with customer value and long-term sustainability
- Maintain deep awareness of market, competitor, and customer trends within the Fleet Leasing and Corporate Sales environment, ensuring our offering remains competitive and relevant
Your attributes
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry, including corporate sales, tender responses, and business development
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets within the corporate or fleet space
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation
- First-class communication and presentation skills, with confidence in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience in financial analysis or lending, with sound commercial acumen to assess opportunities and manage margins effectively
- Strong connections within the One Toyota family and the ability to collaborate across departments and brands to drive shared outcomes
