The Salary Packaging Customer Support Representative (Call Centre) will provide a high level of excellence relating to call centre and general support activities for our novated lease customers. In this role you will ensure a customer centric approach is adopted across all matters, adhere to strict service level agreements, and possess broad knowledge of the end-to-end novated lease and salary packaging services.


Please note, this is a part time, 12-month contract position.

How you'll make an impact

Customer enquiries and administration, including, but not limited to:

• Act as the front line for the Salary Packaging business in the call centre environment
• Adherence to the customer identification process at all times
• Identify, address, and resolve general enquiries from customers
• Proactively liaise with customers to provide resolutions to queries
• Escalate enquiries, where necessary, to the appropriate area of the business
• Process customer reimbursement claims
• Achievement of KPI measures within the Salary Packaging Operations team

Relationship Management

• Develop rapport and open communication with the Novated Lease & Salary Packaging Consultants, as well as with all customers and internal departments
• Redirect new sales enquiries to the Novated Leasing Consultants or Salary Packaging enquiries to the Salary Packaging Sales Consultants, as required

• Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain agile
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial products in a simple manner
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite would be considered advantageous
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
