What you'll contribute to
Within our Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) team, our trusted fleet advisors provide innovative fleet management solutions that get results, and we are proud to provide fleet management to some of the most successful companies in Australia. From financial to fleet support, our team immerse themselves in our customer's business to make it easy and to keep their fleets running smoothly.
The role of a Relationship Manager is to build and grow strategic relationships with their portfolio of Customers which will increase the volume and profitability of business to Toyota Fleet Management.
Critical to the success of this role is to gain a comprehensive and intimate knowledge of their customers, and to develop Customer Value Plans that support and develop a mutually beneficial strategic plan to achieve both the customers as well as TFM's business objectives.
Your attributes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Confident working autonomously and managing priorities with limited supervision.
- Able to solve complex customer problems and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Skilled at interpreting data and presenting insights that highlight business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a genuine passion for customer engagement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when navigating dispute resolution and engaging with senior or executive-level stakeholders.
- Background in automotive, fleet or finance is preferred but not essential.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Altona, VIC.
