What you'll contribute to
Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) is one of Australia's leading providers of fleet management products and services. We are also the only fleet management organisation in Australia backed by the security and strength of the world's largest car manufacturer.
As a Sales Support Representative (SSR), you will provide timely and accurate customer service and sales support to TFM customers to deliver on their day‑to‑day requirements or queries.
This is a job‑share position, meaning you will partner closely with another SSR to deliver on the responsibilities of the role. As such, success in this position requires strong communication, a collaborative mindset and flexibility in how daily work is managed. You will not always be responsible for taking a task from start to finish; instead, you will hand over and pick up work seamlessly to ensure continuous service for customers and the sales team.
How you'll make an impact
- Provide support to the regional sales team and broader region to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Prepare quotes and convert them to orders/contracts within the required service level agreements.
- Manage the end‑of‑contract process, including lease expiration and registration dates.
- Manage dealer expectations for vehicle delivery timelines and payment requirements.
- Follow up directly with customers regarding outstanding payments not received by the due date, and provide weekly updates at sales meetings.
- Assist with preparing and analysing data for customer reviews.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional TFA teams to maximise efficiency.
- Work collaboratively within the job‑share arrangement, ensuring smooth handovers, clear communication, and shared ownership of priorities.
Your attributes
- Ability to communicate messages confidently, clearly and effectively.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a broader team as well as autonomously, with the flexibility required in a job‑share environment-including sharing tasks, adjusting priorities, and coordinating handovers.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Power BI experience would be highly advantageous.
- Working knowledge of the fleet management, finance, and/or automotive industry would be considered an advantage.
