What you'll contribute to:
As a Registrations and Infringements Representative, you will be responsible for administering vehicle registration and infringement management services, including processing associated transactions with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will ensure all infringements are managed within required timeframes and that all Toyota fleet vehicles remain appropriately registered.
You will also identify and implement process improvement and efficiency opportunities to support accurate, high quality, and efficient bulk processing of products and services.
Please note, this is a permanent opportunity. We are open to candidates located in Sydney and Melbourne.
How you'll make an impact:
You will work collaboratively with our Fleet Sales teams, managing the service delivery and administration of fleet management products and services.
- Manage the service delivery of fleet management services for registration renewal & fines management for suppliers and customers
- Develop relationships with our Fleet Sales teams and our customers and suppliers
- Maintain compliance and adhere to key performance metrics
- Generation of reports, analysing entry level data in excel

- Fleet Management or automotive finance experience is highly desirable
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work autonomously with a high attention to detail
- Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of running reports in excel and being able to analyse entry level data
