How you'll make an impact
Product & Service ecosystem -
- Support product vision, strategy, and roadmap development through the utilisation of TFA prioritisation frameworks and other product tools
- Conduct thorough market research, monitoring, and analysis to generate actionable, data-driven insights.
- Support the successful ideation, development, and delivery of new and improved products and services using market and competitor research and insights
- Support the development and management of customer journey mapping
- Responsible for the assessment, prioritisation, and resolution of business requests to facilitate in-life product and process improvements
- Support the implementation and integration of product changes into existing or new business processes.
- Accountable for the ongoing review and management of highly complex system-related issues with the support of IT and other business areas.
- Act as a subject matter expert on TFA policy, process, and procedure matters across product functions, and serve as a key escalation point for resolution of business and system-related issues.
- Responsible for documenting processes, policies, and procedures, relating to TFA products and services ensuring all are maintained and reviewed regularly in accordance with TFA guidelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality assurance, and delivery timelines
Stakeholder Management -
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Support communication and training activities related to product launches and updates.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure product alignment and delivery.
- Assist in managing change initiatives and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Represent the product team in working groups and project meetings as required.
- 2-5 years' experience in financial services, automotive, or fleet industries
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence, build relationships, and collaborate across teams
- Solid understanding of Toyota Way business practices
