How you'll make an impact
As a Dealer Account Manager, you'll be the primary link between TFA and our supporting dealerships. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll work closely with dealer management and business managers to maximise sales opportunities across our finance and insurance products.

This is a field‑based, relationship‑led role that blends account management, coaching, and commercial performance. This role will suit you if you're a confident relationship manager who enjoys being out in the field and influencing outcomes through trust, credibility and follow‑through.

  • Own and manage relationships across an allocated dealer portfolio
  • Act as the first point of contact for all dealership enquiries
  • Develop structured call plans to ensure consistent, high‑quality support
  • Support onboarding and accreditation of dealership business managers
  • Coach and uplift dealer capability through training and performance feedback
  • Drive finance and insurance performance aligned to territory budgets and KPIs
  • Identify performance gaps and implement practical countermeasures
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and regional specialists to deliver results
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives and best‑practice programs
  • Collaborate closely with TMCA, Lexus, Hino and other One Toyota partners

Your attributes

  • Must have proven success in a sales or territory/account management role
  • A solid understanding of the automotive or finance industry
  • Previous exposure to dealer networks or franchised environments
  • Experience in lending, credit or financial services
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a disciplined approach
  • The ability to coach, influence and partner with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
