What you'll contribute to


As the Learning Design Partner / Instructional Design Partner, you will assist in the design and development of content for TFA Operations team members - from new starters to established employees. You will support Operations in achieving KPIs through continual upskilling and product knowledge reinforcement, and promote a culture of development, accountability and continuous improvement.


You will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that uplift TFA operational teams and you will partner with business stakeholders to convert capability needs into practical learning solutions. You will assess organisation learning needs working with stakeholders, and then create effective learning solutions. You will have the ability to translate capability requirements into practical learning initiatives, and use learning data and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.


In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Training and Development Manager to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions. By utilising authoring and content creation tools, you will develop high-quality, accessible, and responsive learning assets optimised for web and mobile platforms.


With your strong project management skills, you will manage multiple learning projects within agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. The ability to balance creativity with technical expertise will make you a valuable contributor to our mission of delivering transformative learning experiences.



How you'll make an impact

  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centred experiences across various mediums, including e-learning, learning-in-the-flow-of-work, live instructor led (IL) and virtual instructor- led training (VILT)
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning journeys
  • Develop multimedia rich content, including interactive videos, simulations, gamified experiences, and microlearning modules
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for digital learning experiences
  • Utilise digital design tools such as Articulate 360 to develop high-quality learning assets, whilst also leveraging emerging technologies
  • Champion best practice learning design, mentor Training Partners on facilitation materials and coach SMEs on content quality
  • Align learning to change initiatives ensuring readiness and adoption
  • Leverage learning analytics tools to track engagement, knowledge retention, learning
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance



Your attributes


  • Proven experience in an operations/ call centre environment, with a strong capacity to be able to manage conflicting priorities simultaneously
  • Adult learning and training experience, including Certificate IV in TAE
  • Instructional design experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • eLearning and knowledge management creation software (eg. Articulate360)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
