What you'll contribute to
The Aftersales Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Business Development Team to implement strategic communications and engagement activities that align to the overall objectives of the Aftersales Division.
Day to day, the Aftersales Engagement Specialist develops and supports the rollout of Aftersales communications and engagement campaigns and manages internal and Dealer-facing events.
You will contribute to the strategic planning of key Aftersales activities and work with various suppliers to execute all deliverables. This dynamic role is calling for someone with high organisational skills and someone who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
How you'll make an impact
- Coordinate internal and external events, forums and conferences including strategic planning and working with various stakeholders to execute all deliverables
- Brief management on the progress of key activities to ensure KPIs are being met and events achieved desired objectives
- Implement and maintain agreed communications and engagement programs, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve Divisional objectives
- Analyse and report on event feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Key liaison for Toyota Aftersales Dealer-facing reward and recognition programs
- Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers in order to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. Support ongoing supplier management.

- Experience within related field, highly desired within Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Event Planning
- Excellent use of MS Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in implementing both small and large-scale events from end to end
- High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Experience in Automotive sale, FMCG of marketing environment highly desired
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including ability to manage internal & external Stakeholders and negotiate outcomes in a complex environment
- Ability to multitask multiple projects
