What you'll contribute to

Your role within the National Marketing Division is responsible for supporting Toyota's Rewards and loyalty platforms and programs. The purpose of your role is to enhance the Toyota brand and product desirability.

This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a Max Term contract until December 2023

How you'll make an impact

  • Coordinate, maintain and implement loyalty and CRM programs in order to support Toyota, our customers and Dealer network
  • Monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommend countermeasures where required.
  • Prepare presentations in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support digital integration strategy, which includes reward and partnership engagement.
  • Complete relevant admin, invoicing and reward fulfilment responsibilities to ensure on-time payment to suppliers and assist customer queries with our call centre

  • The ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Able to work within a team environment and autonomously.
  • Identify current customer pain points and future opportunities across partnership network.
  • Actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience within a Marketing role would be beneficial
  • Willingness to adapt approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
