Cadet Program Overview
- 4 year program (3 years part time (2 days per week) whilst studying and 1 year full time work post completion of your degree)

What you'll contribute to
We're excited to provide the opportunity for a number of students to complement their studies by joining our two technology based divisions Information Systems and Digital Connected Services.
The Information Systems Division is responsible for providing the business with technology systems and information services support in order to enable Toyota to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives.
The Digital Connected Services Division is responsible for creating seamless and unique digital experiences for our customers and guests through reliable, connected technology platforms.
The Cadets will be primarily responsible for working on and assisting with daily operations in these two divisions. The positions available include:
- Project Delivery Support Officer Cadet (Information Systems Division)
- Security Analyst Cadet (Information Systems Division)
- Infrastructure Analyst Cadet (Information Systems Division)
- Customer Intelligence Data Cadet (Digital Connected Services Division)
- Technical Business Analyst, Guest Solutions Cadet (Digital Connected Services Division)
- Connected Business Analyst Cadet (Digital Connected Services Division)
What we're looking for
- Completion of first year Technology / IT related Degree
- Current enrolment and ongoing participation of Technology / IT related Degree
- A good understanding of IT/Digital processes and terminology
- The confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, coupled with the ability to collaborate with the team
- Prior work experience
