What you'll contribute to
The Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all product activities to ensure new products are optimised to meet the future needs of customers.
This role is based in Altona North and is a Max Term role until September 2025.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the application of Project Management principles and methods with status reporting to support the successful implementation of Accessory Business and Product Development objectives and targets.
- Coordinates the ordering of new model parts, vehicle access (local and overseas) and the planning of accessory fitment check activities. Monitors and tracks problems.
- Monitors own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities.
- Acts as the key contact for stakeholders for Accessory Business projects in relation to general domestic, export and import accessory business activities. Resolves any queries and issues and escalates matters to minimise risk

- Degree qualification in Commerce, Project Management, Arts desirable.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to adapt approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
