What you'll contribute to
The Senior District Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the wholesale of new vehicles and for coordinating and implementing used vehicle business development plans, along with the implementation and communication of sales and used strategies within the Dealer network in order to achieve the sales volumes, Dealership profitability, customer and business targets for TMCA over the short, medium and long term.
The role is part of the Eastern Region which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, after sales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities in order to bullet proof the Dealer network and achieve Guest satisfaction, vehicle and parts sales & service volumes, market share and profitability objectives.
This is a Permanent Full-time role based in Sydney Olympic Park
How you'll make an impact
- Ensure plans are in place to maximise vehicle wholesaling for the region through the review of Dealer inventory levels and the recommendation of the requisite volume and mix of stock required in order to achieve and exceed the sales targets.
- Implement and review agreed sales and best practice processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve regional sales targets.
- Provide advice on and assist managers in the development of sales New and Used policies and standards to best support Dealer sales and marketing initiatives in the region to contribute to sustained customer satisfaction and align activities to the overall objectives of regional sales.
- Facilitate the achievement of regional sales targets for New and Used Vehicles (Including Certified) through the analysis and strategic input in to Dealer opportunities, ascendency planning, sales kaizen, training gap analysis, logistics management, and input into the department's performance review process across the region. Provides feedback on market and network intelligence.

- Degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent experience
- Relevant accumulative experience
- Proven project management experience and financial acumen
- Ability to manage stakeholders and achieve outcomes in a complex environment
- Understanding of Dealer network and its operational requirements
