What you'll contribute to

To be successful you will be passionate & knowledgeable about all things automotive, be an excellent communicator with a natural ability to influence, be self-driven and able to manage one's own time and schedule.
You will be primarily responsible for supporting the development, planning, and delivery of appropriate and innovative product and sales training initiatives, across the Regional Dealer network. To improve sales volumes, Guest satisfaction, Dealership profitability, Dealer internal processes all supporting the achievement of corporate sales volumes and profit goals of Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA).
Other aspects of the role will see you collaborating across our business to develop training material and utilise a variety of delivery methods to educate and inform Dealership staff on new models, products and sales methods. Delivering general knowledge, product and sales training sessions to a variety of stakeholders locally & throughout Queensland as required.
This role is based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane and is a 1 year Max Term role.
How you'll make an impact
- Deliver product and sales training, following agreed processes and strategies, to support the achievement of the Regional's objectives.
- Assist in the development of processes and strategies for efficient product knowledge and sales skills training to enhance Dealer performance and align to TMCA standards.
- Support coordination of training and development activities for stakeholders including product and sales knowledge training for regional staff and online training programs to enhance Dealership-based guest processes & skills, and compliance process training for Dealers to achieve Toyota's business standards.
- Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities
- Maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required.
