What you'll contribute to
We are seeking a dynamic Business Account Manager who will be responsible in assisting the dealer network in growing their revenue opportunities and exceeding business plan expectations. This hands-on role involves collaborating with key central functions to drive dealer network performance and implementing initiatives that align with our business objectives and strategy.
The role is part of our Field Operations Division which oversees both Regional Offices and Franchise Development, pivotal in building a sustainable Dealer network. Regional Offices are responsible for driving the performance of 200 Dealers across 300 sites throughout Australia, focusing on new and pre-owned vehicle sales, fleet management, finance, marketing, parts, servicing, as well as training and customer retention initiatives. Franchise Development strategically enhances Dealer operations and profitability by building capability, expanding capacity, and implementing market representation strategies.
This is a Permanent Full-time role and is based at Sydney Olympic Park
How you'll make an impact
- Development Strategies: Lead the implementation of business development strategies for our client/ customer network via best practice processes and procedures consistent with Toyota's cultural values.
- Process and Procedures: Assist the dealer network in generating business development plans, processes and procedures to contribute to sustained customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build a strong rapport and relationship with clients (dealers) to ensure client satisfaction and demonstrate their importance to business.
- Dealer Visits: Maintain effective communication and Dealer relationships through consistent Dealer visits, ensuring all dealers are well informed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the analysis of Value Chain data of dealer financial and reporting activities to improve profitability for the network.
