What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital and CRM specialist to join Lexus Australia in a Max Term role for 12 months.
The Lexus Division is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of sales, aftersales, marketing, and strategy. Its goal is to deliver offerings that embody the highest standards of luxury, exceeding customer expectations to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets, while also strengthening the Lexus brand.
This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to design and implement data-driven campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email and direct mail, ensuring they are personalized, on-brand, and impactful. Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable insights for optimization to drive measurable business results.
- Manage customer data within CRM systems, emphasizing segmentation, compliance, and utilizing data insights to develop personalized communication strategies. Collaborate with data analysts to interpret customer behavior trends and refine engagement tactics that improve customer experiences and drive conversions.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships by providing personalized experiences through the Lexus owner benefit program and targeted communications. Proactively address feedback to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy, all while upholding the luxury brand image. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure CRM initiatives align smoothly with wider marketing efforts. Build strong partnerships to support strategic planning and campaign execution that reflects Lexus' premium standards.
- Provide regular reports on CRM campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI to senior leadership. Conduct A/B testing and explore new approaches to optimize customer touchpoints, driving better results in customer engagement. Stay informed on industry trends, evaluating new CRM tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer engagement strategies. Implement innovative solutions to ensure Lexus continues to lead in delivering exceptional luxury experiences.

- A degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in CRM management or account management, ideally within the automotive, retail, or similar industries.
- Experience in digital marketing and CRM with demonstrated success in executing effective CRM campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies.
